Keeping up with the Kardashians has been America’s favorite source of entertainment for nearly two decades. Kris purchased a residence in the Hidden Hills this year with a price tag of $20 million. The momager also has La Quinta property under her name, which she got her hands on for $12 million back in 2018.
Other than the bigger properties, Kris also owns two Calabasas condos. One of the condos was put up on the market in 2019 for $2.599 million.
Kourtney Kardashian
Kourtney has resided in Calabasas since 2014, so it has been home to the Poosh founder for a while. She lives in a huge mansion with her children. The most recent purchase made by Miss Kourtney is a $12 million property in La Quinta that is a whopping 9,335-square-feet in size.
Kim Kardashian
The Skims founder has lived in her Hidden Hills mansion designed by Axel Vervoordt for the past few years and remains to stay there. In addition, Kim and her former partner Kanye West purchased a $6.3 million plot located in La Quinta in 2018. They also bought two neighboring residences in 2019 for $2.7 and $2.975 million.
Khloe Kardashian
The Good American co-founder scooped up a sprawling $17 million estate located in the Hidden Hills that sits right next to her mom’s new residence.
Kendall Jenner
While most of her family is located in the more peaceful areas of Los Angeles, Kendall prefers to reside in a “more alive” area of the city. Kendall told AD that she was attracted to the $8.55 million house because it gave a “farmhouse-y, Spanish-y vibe”. She purchased it back in 2017.
Kylie Jenner
The youngest of the sisters, yet quite the real estate tycoon, Kylie currently has a 5-acre plot located in the Hidden Hills that she purchased for $15 million, another plot in La Quinta, a $3.5 million property in Beverly Hills, a $12 million estate in the Hidden Hills, and an expansive Holmby Hills pad that she spent a whopping $36.5 million on!

In the past 10 to 20 years, the celebs have purchased and sold some extravagant mansions.
