Often, being a public figure comes with drawbacks like compromised privacy. A perfect example of this is Bradley Cooper.
After spending most of 2020 in a New York City townhouse with his four-year-old daughter and elderly mother, Cooper secretly purchased a new Pacific Palisades property. But unfortunately, his secret didn’t last for a long time, all thanks to the sharp-eyed media houses.
Recently Dirt laid out the details of the Hangover star’s new pad. It revealed that the 4,400 sq. ft. property was bought by the actor for $4.8 million. Stick with us to know more.
A peek inside the soulful home
Surrounded by tall trees and dense shrubs, the estate is a perfect place for nature lovers. It’s a powerhouse of clean air and natural light and includes a single-story main house, a two-car garage, a two-story guesthouse, and a 1000 sq. ft. long backyard.
The backyard, which incorporates a koi pond, a stone-trimmed swimming pool, and a spa, has lots of fruit trees along with oaks and sycamores.
Moving ahead, we have the main house whose exterior flaunts wood paneling. The dwelling includes four bedrooms and three bathrooms and compliments the nearby green areas. A few meters away is the detached garage and guesthouse with two one-bedroom and one-bath apartments, including kitchenettes.
