It looks like Emma Roberts has got a lot on her plate in 2021! She kicked off the New Year by taking up two new roles: a producer and a mother. In October 2020, she agreed to produce the Netflix series “First Kill” under Belletrist Productions, her production banner, and on December 27, 2020, she welcomed her son Rhodes with partner Garrett Hedlund. Well, someone’s got their hands full!
Quite surprisingly, that’s not it in the list of ‘new’ things in Roberts’ life. The Scream Queens star has recently purchased a new house in Los Angeles as well. And before our heads start spinning at the barrage of changes happening in her life, let’s just calm down and take a look at her new dwelling.
Deal Deets
Shortly after selling her Loz Feliz home, Roberts bought a new home in Los Angeles for $3.2 million. Even though the seller remains anonymous, we know that Jenna Cooper of Compass listed the house, while TJ Paradise of Sotheby’s International Realty represented Roberts.

A tour of the beautiful mansion
The Colonial-style property dates back to the 1920s and covers more than 2500 sq. ft. of area. With tall hedges and gates, it provides enough security from prying eyes and trespassers.
It flaunts a covered porch with a hanging light pendant and has enough room for three bedrooms and two and a half bathrooms. Among the three bedrooms, two are guest rooms sharing a single bathroom, while the third one is a master suite with a private patio facing the dense backyard. FYI, all the bedrooms are located on the second floor.
The indoor amenities include a modular kitchen with a SubZero fridge and a pricey Lacanche stove, while the outdoor area displays a fire pit, a large swimming pool, and a spa.
As per reports, the property also exhibits a guest house cum office that was earlier a two-car garage. Moreover, photos on Robert’s Instagram handle reveal that the front yard is no less than a magazine cover-worthy spot! It has shrubs of Jasmine, Lavender, and White Rose, along with a few Magnolia trees.
