It has hardly been a year-and-a-half since she moved into her downtown Manhattan penthouse, and now she’s listed it on the market. Guess it won’t be long before she adds a new deluxe house to her kitty.
Let’s take a look at the deal specifics and her soon to be “ex” penthouse.
Brief history of the duplex
Bella Hadid’s SoHo duplex was a silk showroom in the 1870s. It was converted into a residential cooperative society in 2016 and was purchased by Hadid in 2019 for $6.1 million. Recently, the penthouse was listed for $6.499 million by Ryan Serhant of Million Dollar Listing New York.

Hadid’s condo is housed in a six-story building which comprises 14 units of which one belonged to her older sister Gigi and her partner, Zayn Malik. Hadid’s condo spreads over 2,180 sq. ft. and consists of two bedrooms and two bathrooms. It flaunts red brick wagon-vaulted ceilings, with dark metal pillars and ductwork, and has an exclusive rooftop deck that adds another 779 square feet of living area. With an open floor plan, the condo offers easy access and connects the kitchen, living room, dining room, and home office. It has a 100 bottle glass-walled temperature-controlled wine cellar underneath the staircase, and a marble-island modular kitchen with stylish cabinets.
Located on the first floor are two bedrooms, including the master suite which has a large walk-in closet, double windows, and an attached bathroom with an oversized glass shower. However, the second bedroom doesn’t offer a private bathroom. The hardwood flooring and modern light fixtures throughout the house enhance its beauty, and the rooftop deck provides enough space for late-night parties, dinners, or hangouts. Apart from all this, the building offers a bicycle room as well.

Where’s Bella Hadid moving to next?
Hadid hasn’t updated fans yet about her next abode. Most likely, she’ll be following her mother Yolanda and settle down in a peaceful place. FYI, Yolanda owns a 32-acre farm in Pennsylvania, which she bought in 2017 at the cost of $4 million. Hadid can also buy a small mansion in Manhattan just like her elder sister Gigi. In the past few years, Gigi has purchased two units in New York’s NoHo building. It’s speculated that in the future, she might combine the two pads into one five-bedroom flat.
