Usually, when people think about building a home from scratch, they move to a budget-friendly nearby rental.
However, unlike them, Tommy Hilfiger purchased another property near his under-construction estate in Palm Beach. Well, if anyone could do it, it had to be a millionaire like Hilfiger, right?
In January 2021, Tommy Hilfiger and his wife, Dee Ocleppo Hilfiger, announced they’d be relocating to Palm Beach. The couple also shared plans of purchasing and renovating a large estate in South Florida.
However, even before they stepped foot into their dream estate, Hilfiger bought a newly constructed, fully furnished abode in Palm Beach for $9 million, where he plans to put up till the time his larger estate gets ready. (*Sigh*) The rich and their ways!!
Let’s take a look at what his new residence offers.
Deal Deets
Located at 244 Fairview Road, the house was sold to Villa Deniz LLC by 244 Fairview LLC’s manager, John Flynn. FYI, Villa Deniz LLC is a Delaware-registered limited liability company involved in Hilfiger’s previous real estate purchases and sales.
In January 2021, Toni Hollis and Gloria Moré of Waterfront Properties and Club Communities listed the house for $9.3 million. And on March 3, 2021, the Hilfigers, represented by broker Christian Angle of Christian Angle Real Estate, sealed the deal.

The Miami house was purchased in 2013 and is more of a museum. It has seven bedrooms and ten bathrooms, along with numerous other amenities. Listed in September 2020 for $24.5 million, the Miami house hasn’t found any suitable buyer till now.
