Popular Rapper Sean Combs – AKA Diddy – Sells His House For $6.5 Million
Earlier this month, popular rapper Diddy – Sean Combs – sold his six-bedroom house for $6.5 million. The property was sold after being on the market “for a short while and was sold for $6.5 million,” reported the Los Angeles Times. The top-class musician and rapper listed the house – which he bought for his ex-wife Kim Porter – for $5 million.
The Los Angeles Times reports that the Notorious B.I.G star purchased the house for roughly $5 million in 2008, shortly after the construction of the building. The palace-like house contained 6 bedrooms and 7 bathrooms. The stately house covers 9,655 square feet and gives a mesmerizing look at first glance. Instantly after the entrance, comes the extra-large lobby that has winding staircases and gives a bird’s eye view of the entire house from the second floor.
Likewise, the living room is lavishly designed in a wide-open space. It has a classically designed fireplace and vast built-in bookshelves that add up to the beauty of the room. Attached to the living room is what Diddy lovingly calls “Spare Media Room” which offers a youthful platform and a large enough space for entertainment. All the doors are displayed in the French style that opens up to the backyard.
Every inch of the property has been properly utilized
Apart from the sumptuously designed rooms, every single inch of the property – which covers half an acre – is properly utilized. The courtyard is beautifully designed and the lawn offers a serene beauty of nature through mature trees, widespread grass, and a vast combination of roses. “These mature trees – that I love the most – are the natural privacy of the building,” says Diddy with a grinning smile.
In front of the courtyard, there is a wide basketball court, a classically put pergola to shade the courtyard, and an outdoor fireplace. Diddy, who currently has six children, owns multiple properties just like the one he recently sold, reports The Los Angeles Times. “He owns as many properties as his nicknames,” says the reporter with a touch of humor. Miami Condo, Star Island Compound, and a palace in the Holmby Hills of Los Angeles are few among them. According to the latest report from Forbes, Puff Daddy has a rapidly growing net worth of $890 million.
